
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before the start of any project to secure your spot and begin planning. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and must be received before final delivery of all materials or access.
Payment is accepted via bank transfer or Stripe.
Clients must give at least 7 days’ written notice for cancellations to be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50%). Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled start date are non-refundable.
Revisions are limited to two rounds per project phase (e.g., design, strategy, content). Additional revisions outside of scope may incur extra charges.
Delays in providing required materials or feedback may impact the project timeline.
Please note: These fees cover service charges only. Any advertising costs (e.g., social media ad spend) are the client's responsibility and are not included in our service fees.
